 Post subject: Как поменять пароль в аське?

Доброго времени суток, уважаемые форумляне. Не нашла подходящий раздел, куда запостить вопрос, попробую тут. Прошу администрацию по возможности перенести тему в правильный раздел. Мне необходимо сменить пароль на моей аське. Прочитала статью в Интернете как поменять пароль в аське. У меня стоит qip, делаю все по инструкции, ввожу старый пароль и 2 раза новый, нажимаю "ок". а дальше вообще никакой реакции со стороны программы. Если на месте старого пароля ввести заведомо неправильный пароль, то квип об этом скажет, а если правильный то

ничего не происходит. Помогите,пожалуйста, если кто знает решение или другой способ, прошу написать на email . Заранее

I've tried emailing them with the email used to register with no response to see if it's a valid tech support issue.

When I've tried looking up by email and IP, nothing shows it's a bot.

If someone were knowledgeable in Russian, and willing to contact this person, please let me know.
